Ingredients list for the winter fruit salad
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar or honey
- 1/2 cup apple cider (or water)
- 4 apples, peeled and cut into matchsticks
- 4 ripe kiwis, peeled and diced
- 1 1/2 cup pomegranate arils (from about 1 large pomegranate)

Directions
1. To Make the winter fruit salad: In a mixing bowl or jar whisk together lemon juice, apple cider and sugar (or honey) until the sugar has dissolved.
