- 1 lb ground turkey (or chicken, pork…)
- 2 tablespoons canola oil (or coconut oil)
- 1 white onion, diced
- 1 small green cabbage, sliced into strips
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or coconut amino)
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha, or to taste (optional)

Directions
1. To make the turkey egg roll soup: Using a large pot, brown the ground turkey on medium heat and season lightly with salt. Set aside when the turkey meat is cooked and no longer pink. Reserve the cooked ground turkey to a plate.
2. Heta the canola oil (or coconut oil) in the pot on medium heat and add the diced onion. Saute for 5 minutes or until lightly translucent.
3. Pour in the chicken broth, cabbage, cooked turkey, Sriracha (if using), soy sauce (or coconut aminos), garlic, and grated ginger and mix well to combine.
4. Bring the turkey egg roll soup to a low simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the cabbage is wilted.
6. Adjust seasoning to taste and top the turkey cabbage egg roll soup with sliced green onion and dash of sesame oil. Serve immediately – Enjoy!
