Directions
1. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Set aside.
2. In a bowl, combine honey, mustard, hot sauce of your choice, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar (or lime juice) red pepper flakes and a pinch of salt. Stir to combine and set aside.
3. Heat olive oil in a oven-proof skillet and fry the salmon on on side until half done. Flip salmon and add minced garlic into the skillet and cook until slightly browned. Add the honey mixture and lemon wedges into the skillet, reduce the sauce until sticky. Finish off by broiling the salmon in the oven for 1 minute, until the surface becomes slightly charred. Serve over rice with more sauce and a sprinkling of chopped cilantro.

So good! My husband and I hadn't really been salmon people, but I kept up my effort to find a recipe that we could enjoy, since it's so good for you. I finally found it. This is the recipe that made me say "I like salmon". I modified the recipe in the following ways, though: I didn't use lime/lemon wedges, and I used ACV instead of lime juice in the sauce. I have the "soap gene", so I left out the cilantro, and I just used regular yellow mustard instead of the whole grain. I also opted to use chili garlic sauce, instead of hot sauce + red pepper flakes. Overall, this is my favorite salmon recipe, and the only way I will eat salmon now.

Sooo good. Just made this tonight and family loved it. I used salmon for me but haddock for the others and everyone just loved it. Very quick and easy.
