- 1 jar (24 oz – 680 g) sliced peaches in their juice
- Mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon honey, or to taste, optional

Directions
1. To make the peach popsicles: Prepare your popsicle molds and drain the juice from the peach jar in a large bowl. Add honey to the juice and mix to combine.
2. Add 2 peach slices to each popsicle mold, add a mint leaf, then fill with the peach juice leaving room at the top of each popsicle mold because it will expand as it freezes.
3. Add the wooden popsicle sticks and freeze for a minimum of 5 hours or overnight.
4. When ready to enjoy, quickly run the popsicle mold under hot water then carefully release the popsicles from the molds. Serve the peach popsicles over a bed over ice cubes or crushed ice, it’s super fancy and helps the popsicle not to melt too quickly. Enjoy!
