
Baked Plantain Chips – These Plantain Chips are baked, not fried, for a healthier alternative to potato chips. They have a crisp-salty shell wrapped around a sweet interior that will satisfy your cravings. Incredibly delicious with guacamole or salsa!

Ingredients list for the baked plantain chips
- 2 plantains, green or semi-ripe
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper

Directions
1. To make the baked plantain chips: Preheat your oven to 360°F (180°C). Peel and slice the plantains using a mandolin slicer, 3 to 4 mm thick.
2. Arrange plantain chips on a baking sheet and brush with vegetable oil. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, then flip chips o the other side, quickly brush with oil, then put back in the oven for 10 minutes more.
3. Remove the baked plantain chips from the oven and sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
