Ingredients list for the orange carrot smoothie
Serves 3:
- 4 oranges
- 6 carrots, thoroughly washed (you can peel them if you want)
- Juice of one lemon
- Almond milk to fill up
- 1/2 coffee spoon ground cinnamon
- Ice cubes (optional)

Directions
1. Cut orange supremes (here’s the method) and add all ingredients to your blender, saving almond milk for last.
2. Puree ingredients, adding almond milk to desired consistency.
Note: Depending on the season, you can use clementines or blood oranges to add more color to your multi vitamin smoothie.
