Directions
1. To make baked kale chips: Preheat your oven to 300°F (150ºC). Use the convection bake if you have it to speed up cooking time and help the kale chips crisp up even more. Remove the tough stems from the kale and tear the leaves into large pieces. Place the kale leaves over a large rimmed baking sheet.
2. Toss the kale with olive oil using your hands; then sprinkle the seasonings. Arrange the seasoned kale leaves in a single layer on the baking sheet.
3. Bake the kale uncovered for 10 minutes, then nudge the baking sheet a little bit, tossing the kale to ensure even baking.
4. Continue baking the kale chips until crisp, about 15 minutes longer. Let the crispy kale chips rest for at least 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Tips for the crispy kale chips recipe
- Do not use the bagged kale found in grocery stores. They tend to have the stem chopped up along with leaves. Use fresh, full leaves from which you trim out the stem.
- Try to keep some space between kale leaves and avoid overlapping. Otherwise, kale might form clumps and will take longer to crisp up.
