Super easy to make! I used a bag of 26/30 count shrimp and it was enough for 2 servings. Next time I will use two bags and double the marinade / sauce ingredients to have leftovers but use less red chili flakes. Oddly, the recipe ingredient list has salt and pepper but no where in the instructional steps does it say where to add the salt and pepper. I omitted the salt (the low sodium soy sauce is plenty salty) and mixed the pepper into the marinade / sauce mixture.

This was absolutely delicious! I'm not a big fan of spicy things so I did 1/2 c honey. It was the perfect blend of sweet and spice!
