Cut the cabbage into wedges and lay the cabbage wedges in a pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss in the olive oil. 3. Lay the napa cabbage quarters on the grill or griddle. Grill for 5-10 minutes over medium-high heat, turning the pieces after 3-5 minutes until napa gets char marks and is fork tender.
