Directions
1. To make oven Baked Chicken Breast: Preheat your oven to 375ºF (180ºC). Lightly grease a baking dish with a pat of butter.
2. Score the chicken breasts with a sharp knife. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, bouillon cube, Cayenne, red chili pepper flakes; arrange chicken in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
3. Pour the melted butter over the seasoned chicken breasts.
4. Bake the chicken breasts for 30 to 32 minutes, or until the chicken’s internal temperature reaches 165ºF (74ºC).
5. Sprinkle chicken breasts with parmesan and cook for an additional 3 minutes to crisp up the edges.
6. Remove from oven and let rest a couple of minutes. Transfer the baked chicken breast to serving plates; spoon a little bit of the garlic butter sauce over the chicken and serve over cauliflower rice or zucchini with a squeeze of lemon juice. Enjoy!
