- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1/4 cup honey

Directions
1. To make the honey garlic shrimp: Add the shrimp to a large salad bowl together with cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Mix to evenly coat all the shrimp.
2. Heat the oil in a large skillet, over medium-high heat. Melt butter into the oil and add the shrimp in one layer. Cook on all sides until golden brown, for about 2-3 minutes. You may need to work in batches, to avoid overcrowding the pan and steaming the shrimp.
3. Once the shrimp is done cooking, pour over the garlic, honey, stock, lemon juice, and hot sauce (if using) and stir to completely coat; allow the sauce to simmer for a couple of minutes to meld all the flavors and reduce a little until it sticks to the shrimp.
4. Garnish the honey garlic shrimp with fresh chopped parsley and red chili pepper flakes, then serve over quinoa or rice. Enjoy! ❤️

I really like this and made it a few times but my question is in the directions it tells you to toss the shrimp in the corn starch but Yet the cornstarch is not listed as an ingredient. How much to use?.
