Ingredients: for a delicious chilled corn soup:
Serves 4
- 2 boxes of corn
- 10 cl of milk
- 4 pieces of mozzarella
- 1 can of tomato paste.
- 1 sprig of chives
- Few slivered almonds.
- Curry
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Instructions for the chilled corn soup
Mix the corn with their juice and milk. Then add 3 tablespoons of olive oil. It should look like a mellow, if it is too thick add more milk, salt & pepper and refrigerate if you want it cooler.
Composition and styling for the cold corn soup
Place a piece of mozzarella in the bottom of each glass or cup and add a small teaspoon of tomato paste.
Add the cream of corn and put a teaspoon of olive oil, the chopped chives, a pinch of curry and a few slivered almonds.
