I think it was actually good! We needed something quick to make on shabbat last minute; We doubled the recipe & added minced garlic, the basil & cilantro (I put the dried basil in the oil/lime mixture & added fresh cilantro at the end) We skipped the corn to add chopped peppers but I know it would've been so good with corn. I also added more salt/pepper, garlic salt & adobo (a small amount of each one) I let it sit overnight after cooking the pasta & mixing it with the dressing, tomatoes, onions & garlic (make sure you cook the pasta properly or it'll be weird the next day) then the next day I added the fresh cilantro/extra salts if needed & squeeze of lime/avocados & stirred it all up(after stirring the oil will start to soften after being refrigerated all night & it will be fresh, oily & delicious) Thanks for the recipe!
