Ingredients list for the keto cookie dough fat bombs
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted and cooled (or butter)
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar or sweetener of your choice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions
1. In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat coconut oil until light and fluffy. Add sugar, vanilla and salt and beat until combined.
2. Slowly beat in coconut flour and almond flour, then fold in chocolate chips. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator to firm slightly, 15 to 30 minutes.
3. Scoop dough into small balls and arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover and store in the refrigerator if planning to eat within the week, or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
