Lemon and meringue pie
2 1/2 cups (250 g) flour, 5 1/3 ounces (150 g) butter, softened, 3 3/4 tbsp (30 g) powdered sugar, 7 1/3 tbsp (60 g) of sugar, 1/3 cup (30 g) ground almonds, 1 pinch of salt, 1 whole egg. Get the Lemon and meringue pie recipe here
