How to make kale salad
The busiest part of this kale salad is chopping the veggies, so we can confidently say that it’s pretty easy! Make sure to cut out the kale leaves from the stem and ribs and chop them very finely. Chop up the other ingredients, toss everything in a large salad bowl, and make the dressing. You can keep the ingredients separate and add the dressing at the last minute, but we prefer drizzling and mixing the chopped kale salad altogether at once so the flavors meld together.
