This chocolate cookies recipe is very easy to do. Bake it in a large baking dish on a thin (attention as the cooking time is short!).
Then here’s the fun part: trim them with a cookie cutter! You can use various forms for instance!
Ingredients you will need to make these chocolate cookies
Serves 4:
- 1 cup (100 g) dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup (100g) butter
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup (80 g) of sugar
- 1/2 cup (50 g) flour
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder

Cooking instruction for soft chocolate cookies:
Preheat oven to 350° F (180 ° C).
Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Grease and flour a baking sheet.
Break the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk the egg yolks with sugar until the mixture whitens. Add cocoa, flour and melted chocolate. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Add them to the previous preparation in 3 steps by carefully lifting the mixture.
Pour into the prepared pan and bake 12 to 15 minutes. Prick the dough with a knife to check doneness. Let cool before removing from the baking sheet. Cut 8 discs with a cookie cutter.
Enjoy with a good tea or coffee.
You can also dip these cookies in cold coffee or use it for a Tiramisu bottom.
