- 1/2 cup coconut flour, ultra-fine and unsweetened
- 8oz (250g) cream cheese
- 4 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder, or to taste
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup natural sweetener (we used granular Swerve)

Directions
1. Allow cream cheese and butter sit at room temperature until softened.
2. In a shallow plate, combine butter, cream cheese, coconut flour, cocoa, and sweetener, stirring until well-mixed and very smooth.
3. Scoop small golf-sized of dough and form balls with your palms. Arrange your Cream Cheese Chocolate Fat Bombs on a baking sheet or tray lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 20 to 40 minutes to firm up, or freeze for 2 hours, until solid. Store in the refrigerator or freezer in an airtight container. Enjoy!
