This recipe is so simple and delicious! These side vegetables are perfect to accompany a good roast chicken.
Ingredients list:
- Brussels sprouts
- Carrots
- Celery
- Leeks
- Bacon
1. Cook Brussels sprouts, carrots, leek and celery in a pressure cooker. You can also steam them in a regular pot or steamer.
2. Then drain vegetables and fry them in a pan with the bacon (without adding fat).
Yet you get a flavorful garnish for your next roasted poultry!
