Ingredients list for the bang bang chicken pasta
- 2 pounds (1kg) of chicken tenders
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces farfalle pasta (or penne, rotini, etc…)
- 1 ¼ cups (290 g) mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2/3 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons Sriracha (or any other hot sauce you like)

Bang Bang Chicken Pasta
This recipe is inspired by our Baked Bang Bang Chicken Tenders and our Chicken Stir Fry Noodles for the Asian inspiration. Chicne tenders are brush with a delicious homemade bang bang sauce then baked in the one for 20 minutes while cooking pasta. Easy peasy! This dish is super easy and packs a lot of flavors and comfort. Read on for the complete instructions!

Directions
1. Position a rack in the center of your oven and preheat to 400ºF (200°C). Cook the pasta al dente according to package directions.
2. Season the chicken tenders generously with oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper and arrange in a baking dish.
3. Combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey in a medium bowl. Spread the bang bang mixture over the chicken tenders in the baking dish – keeping some for serving later, if you like.
4. Bake the bang bang chicken for 15-20 minutes – depending on your oven. Chicken is done when cooked to an internal temperature of 165˚F (75°C).
5. Remove the baked chicken tenders to a cutting board and slice into 1-inch thick strips.
6. Add the cooked and drained pasta to the baking dish and toss with the cooking juices.
7. Add the sliced chicken tenders on top, sprinkle with chopped parlsey, and serve the bang bang chicken pasta immediately. Enjoy! ❤️
