Tips for the baked bang bang chicken recipe
- If you do not have chicken tenders, you can make the recipe with chicken breasts sliced horizontally to make thinner cutlets.
- You can also make the baked chicken tenders in the air-fryer for 15 minutes at 400ºF (200ºC). Brush the chicken with the bang bang sauce twice: at the beginning and when you turn the chicken tenders at mid-cooking time.
- If your chicken doesn’t caramelize at the end of cooking time, turn the broil mode on for one or two minutes.
