What to serve with the baked tilapia fillets?
While you can serve these baked tilapia fillets on their own with their blistered tomatoes, this recipe also pairs very well with white rice and a slice of bread.
Can we use frozen tilapia fillets?
Yes, you can use frozen tilapia fillets for this recipe. Thaw them overnight in the refrigerator or in cold/lukewarm water if they are sealed in plastic. We recommend thawing the fish fillets first because frozen fillets will not cook evenly and overcooked on the outside while the inside is still raw.
How and how long to store the baked tilapia fish leftovers?
You can keep the roasted tilapia leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat with a few drops of water to loosen the sauce.
