Ingredients for the baked feta and tomato recipe
- Feta cheese: Creates that rich and creamy base. So cheesy, so good!
- Grape tomatoes: Juicy, sweet, and not acidic at all. Cherry tomatoes are great too.
- Garlic: Fresh is better.
- Olive oil: Extra virgin, cold-pressed is better.
- Italian seasoning and fresh thyme: For that irresistible Mediterranean flavor. Herbes de Provence works great, but you might want to lower the amount as thyme and lavender yield powerful flavor.
- Fresh basil: Adds a fresh flavor to the baked feta. You can also use fresh parsley.

2. Arrange a space in the center of the tomatoes and add the block of feta.
