Tips for the air fryer chicken recipe
- Think of removing chicken breasts and vegetables from the refrigerator about 15 minutes before cooking in the air fryer to bring them close to room temperature.

- Mix up your seasoning blend before adding it to the diced chicken breasts and vegetables so that everything is seasoned evenly.
- If you don’t have chicken breasts, try with chicken thighs – you might want to trim off a little of the fat on chicken thighs.

I’m giving this recipe a 5 because it was truly delicious. My only adjustment for next time is to not put the salt. The Cajun spice has plenty of salt; therefore, the salt/bouillon cube is not necessary…TOO SALTY!!! I baked mine in the oven for 20 minutes (mixing halfway through). Next time I will include mushrooms to my veggie medley.

This is literally my favorite air fryer recipe of all time. Perhaps my favorite recipe in general. I love it so much. I have made it three times in the three weeks since I found the recipe. I add Ras al Hanout and Aleppo pepper seasoning. I also had some roast potatoes leftover and some green beans and added them to this mixture which I had already cooked and it was *chef's kiss*

Super simple but delish recipe! I have an air fryer setting on my oven and just used that at 350 for 20 minutes. Served it over some rice with soya sauce and it was delish!

I loved the mix of vegetables in this dish and even added some quartered mushrooms. Our only problem was the heat of the Cajun seasoning. We love Cajun seasoning, but this was downright hot. If I make this dish again I will definitely cut back the Cajun seasoning to 1 1/2 teaspoons.
