You can do it by yourself but it’s a bit technical for a beginner. The good mix of aromatic herbs will bring this tasty meat to another dimension! Easy to do, with great results: here we go.

Ingredients list : Roasted Herbed Lamb Saddle
for 4 gourmets:
- 1 saddle of lamb
- Mustard
- 2 shallots
- 10 cloves garlic
- 1 small bunch parsley
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- Tarragon
- Olive oil
Preparation:
Preheat oven Th.6.
Cut the saddle of lamb into 4 slices.
Brush the slices with mustard.
Mix the herbs with shallots and garlic cloves.
Cover the slices of lamb with the mixed preparation.
Place the slices in a baking dish.
Drizzle olive oil over the meat.
Roast for 45 minutes.
Serve with jackets potatoes on the side.
