Directions
1. Wash grapes and pat them dry. Chop hazelnuts and pistachios or crush them in a blender.
2. Next, roll the grapes between your palms in goat cheese pieces. Make sure to cover each individual grape well in the cheese.
3. Then spread gently a dash of honey on each goat-cheese-covered-grape and roll them individually in chopped hazelnuts or pistachios. Slice in half or leave them whole. Refrigerate until serving or eat them straight away with toothpicks.

Pretty yet def a bit heavy on the goat cheese since it requires a bit to layer it on. My guests commented that the grape has a submissive effect compared to the overpowering goat cheese. “So much cheese you forget there is a grape” however the pistachios helps offset the overpowering goat cheese. Absolutely must have with wine or a cracker. Would go great with your next charcuterie board. Def cut them in half otherwise your guests might be overcome with themselves and won’t be able to have another. Easy recipe. Enjoy!
