These baked apples cinnamon are a super easy seasonal treat that tastes so good!
Ingredients you need for the Baked Apples Cinnamon
3 apples (about 3 cups), diced
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon butter, diced (or melted coconut oil)
1 tablespoon maple syrup
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
A pinch of sea salt
A drop of pure vanilla extract
Directions
1. To make the baked apples: Preheat your oven to 375ºF (190ºC). Toss diced apples with maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, water, and sea salt until well coated.
2. Spread in a thin layer in a baking dish and speckle with the diced butter.
3. Place the apples in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
4. Remove the apples from the oven, give a quick stir, spread the apples evenly, and return the baking dish to the oven. Bake for another 15 minutes, until apples are tender and the sauce is thick and caramelized.
5. Let the baked apples cool slightly and enjoy as desired!
